What is your return and cancellation policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that we do not offer free returns. For your protection, we suggest that you send your returns through an insured parcel such as UPS or USPS. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and refunded to the original method of payment, minus shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping system is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we do not offer changes, price adjustments, or cancellation after submission
What is your Shipping Policy?
Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders received on Sunday or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders do not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
At this time, we only offer two-day, priority mail services through the USPS. A $10.00 flat shipping fee applies to orders shipped to the following U.S. states: ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, AR, IA, WI, KS, MN, MO, MS, WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, OK, TX, NM, LA, UT, & CO. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories must be delivered by air which requires an additional $10 charge. We do not ship internationally.
Where is my order?
Orders are handmade to order and usually ship within 5-7 days of purchase. Pre-orders are shipped upon listed shipment date. Please check your email or messaging center for your tracking number. Use the number provided to track your order on the appropriate platform via UPS or USPS.
My package arrive damaged
It is normal for the packaging to show some wear after transit; however, if your products were damaged in transport, please contact us upon receipt and we will be happy to assist you
